Shipping Policy
At Key Theorem, we aim to get your custom keyboards and parts to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below is a breakdown of how we handle shipping across Australia.
1. Order Processing Time

In-stock items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Custom keyboard builds: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, please allow up to 3–10 business days for assembly and testing before dispatch. We’ll keep you updated throughout the build process.
Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods or public holidays.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide only. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or CouriersPlease for reliable tracked delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Shipping:
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of AUD $20 per order. -
Free Shipping:
Orders over AUD $300 qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide. -
Express Shipping:
Available at checkout for an additional fee (based on weight and location).
5. Local Delivery (Melbourne Only)
We may offer free or discounted local delivery in select Melbourne suburbs for custom keyboard builds. Availability will be shown at checkout if eligible. You can also contact us to request local delivery options.
6. Delivery Timeframes (Estimates)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Melbourne Local Delivery: 1–2 business days post-build (for eligible suburbs)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 3 business days (for parts) or 10 business days (for custom builds), please contact us.
8. Shipping Issues or Delays
Key Theorem is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors. If your item is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll help where we can, but once the item is in transit, we have limited control.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and assist with a replacement or refund if applicable.
10. Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Key Theorem is not liable for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
11. Click & Collect (Coming Soon)
We’re working on offering a click-and-collect option in Melbourne for local pickups. Stay tuned!
